2 Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 1070 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1070 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. Identity verification may be required during registration or when making withdrawals to ensure your account remains secure.

- Aged at least 18 years old
- One account per individual only
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 1070 Platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or money laundering activities
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure
- Creating an account using false information or another person's identity
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or compromises the safety of other users
- Sharing or transfering your account to another party without written permission from 1070
1070 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
4 Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1070 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking transfer), and bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and up to date.
Deposits that have been credited to an account cannot be reversed. Any refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the platform's current policy. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit and require successful identity verification.
1070 reserves the right to suspend or withold any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may request additional documentation for verification purposes before processing the transaction.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (where applicable and eligible) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Limitation of Liability
The 1070 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1070 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1070 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, and software — is the property of 1070 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 1070.

6 Changes to Terms and Governing Law
